The Rules

December 17, 2007

1- Failure to obey instructions given by any guild officer is a major violation and will result in demotion to I Do Not Obey The Rules and possibly being kicked from the guild.

2- No farming with guild attack groups for self gain unless you need help to kill a creature for a quest. You may not kill a quest creature with guild groups more times than required for the quest, even if you do give the profits to the guild. All items and/or 100% of the profit from items obtained using a guild attack group belong to the guild.

3- Be prepared to join groups. Do not form a group unless you are actively hunting, it is a waste of members stamina to do so, Form them as you need them.

4- SET ITEMS ONLY IN THE GUILD STORE

5- There is no begging from guild mates or allies or spamming the chat with whining, repeating the same thing over and over, or saying the same message more than twice. Also, do not spam people's logs by sending small amounts of gold over and over, or the same message multiple times..

6- We expect an amount of activity that includes more than just logging in and sitting there. We expect that you use up your stamina if you can't be on long enough to use your stamina, you can always buff people, our allies really love it when we randomly buff the ones who are online. Activity is more than just leveling up. We require our members to be active at least 3 times a week. At the rank of Infant Hyena, 2 or 3 days is to long to be inactive for, because that is a test stage to determine if you are a good member for our guild. Help out your guild mates: join groups and share buffs - a guild isn't merely there for the structures - it is a community, not just a place to just make you stronger. If you are going to be inactive for more than a day or two, then you must email keatts (
keatts16@hotmail.com) to let us know, or you could be kicked. Do not just message in game, game logs get lost. If you are inactive and email Keatts, then your rank will be changed to Resting Brood.

7- Chat: Never put down your guild mate, unless it is an obvious jest. We are here to help each other grow, not put each other down.
Verbal abuse of another player will not be tolerated. Any racial slurs will result in an instant kick and a ticket will be submitted to HCS. DA is multi-national and has no room what-so-ever for racial, or religious prejudice. There are also a number of younger players in DA, for this reason, please keep the vulgar language out of the chat. Don't be afraid to ask for something in the chat, if it's within reason, and attainable, we'll do our best to help out. If you're lost, or can't find out how to do a certain quest, better to ask then waste stamina wandering around.

If you have a personal issue with somebody, the place for that is through private message, NOT THE GUILD CHAT!!!!

8- When doing a bounty on a member of an allied guild, never attack using more than 10 stamina. I don't care how much gold they are carrying.

9- There is absolutely no attacking of guild members. Not in the pvp arena, not for bounties, not ever.

Violating DA Rules: First Offense
First offense of a minor rule will usually result in someone reminding you about the minor rule.

First offense of a Major rule will typically result in an instant, but possibly temporary change to I Do Not Obey The Rules. You will be contacted as soon as we can about the offense, to have a chance to explain yourself. Take something that's not yours out of the Store for your own purposes, PvPing allies, consistently logging in here and there but not using any stamina either to train or to help out a mate...and you'll find yourself at the bottom of the list.

Any complaint for language or any other inapropriate actions from leaders of another guild to me (keatts) will result in you being moved to "i do not obey the rules" until the issue can be cleared up.

Violating DA Rules: Second Offense
Second offense of a minor rule will obviously earn you another talk, and depending, a possible re-ranking to I Do Not Obey The Rules.

Second offense of a Major rule will result in being instantly re-ranked to I Do Not Obey The Rules if not already there, and if a sufficient explanation is not given, then you will be kicked. If you blatantly violate a Major rule, such as take guild items or some other mates items and sell them for FSP for yourself...without permission to do so...be prepared to be constantly attacked for the remainder of your tenure in FS.

Violating DA Rules: Third Offense
Violating a minor rule after having been talked to several times about it, and re-ranked to I Do Not Obey The Rules...without any sufficient cause or explanation will result in being kicked.
